Introduction and scope

Payment information is used to credit deposits, review withdrawals, resolve transaction discrepancies and verify that a payment method belongs to the sis4d account holder. Cryptocurrency transactions may also involve public blockchain records, wallet addresses, transaction hashes and network confirmation information.
sis4d does not ask users to publish complete card details, online banking passwords or wallet recovery phrases. A request for such information should be treated as suspicious and reported using the plain-text contact information in this policy.
Cookies, device records and analytics
sis4d may use cookies, local storage and similar technical records to keep sessions active, remember preferences, support authentication, identify unusual access and understand platform performance. These technologies can record browser type, device characteristics, approximate location derived from an IP address and page activity.
Essential technologies are required for security and core sis4d functions. Preference or performance technologies may help retain display settings and identify slow-loading pages. Users can manage browser storage through their device settings, although blocking essential records may prevent login or other account functions.
Analytics are used to understand aggregated patterns, such as whether Malaysian users visit from mobile devices and which sections require clearer navigation. sis4d does not treat analytics as a guarantee about an individual user's interests.
Responsible gambling information
Responsible gambling information requires careful handling. sis4d may record deposit limits, loss controls, session reminders, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion requests and communications about gambling-related concerns.

International processing does not change the purposes described in this policy. sis4d continues to require that account, payment and identity information be handled for authorised purposes and protected against improper access.
Data security
sis4d applies safeguards intended to protect information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. Measures may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, staff procedures and periodic security review.
No online environment can guarantee absolute security. Users also have an important role: choose a unique password, secure the registered mobile device, log out on shared equipment and review account activity regularly. Any suspected compromise should be reported promptly to sis4d.
If a security event creates a material risk, sis4d may investigate, restrict affected functions, reset credentials and provide notices where appropriate or required.
Retention and account closure

Closing a sis4d account does not always result in immediate deletion. Transaction, verification, dispute, fraud-prevention and self-exclusion records may need to be retained after closure. When continued identification is unnecessary, information may be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable conditions, a sis4d user may ask whether personal information is held, request access to relevant records, seek correction of inaccurate data or object to certain processing. A user may also request account closure or ask about retention and disclosure practices.
sis4d may need to verify the requester's identity before acting. A request can be limited or refused where disclosure would affect another person's rights, undermine security, reveal confidential risk controls or conflict with a legal obligation. Where practical, sis4d will explain the reason for a restriction.
Account communication settings may be changed separately from essential service notices. Security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and changes to important terms may still be issued when necessary to administer the sis4d account.
Children and underage access
sis4d does not permit account use by anyone under 21. If sis4d reasonably believes that an underage person has provided information, access may be suspended while age and identity are reviewed.
A parent or guardian who believes an underage person has interacted with sis4d should provide sufficient details for the concern to be investigated. Information connected with an underage access attempt may be retained where necessary to prevent repeat registration or fulfil a safeguarding obligation.

sis4d may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, security, services or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material updates may also be highlighted through an appropriate platform notice.
